We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of purchase.
Orders placed after 12:00 midday may be processed on the next working day.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery is unsuccessful due to the recipient being unavailable or incorrect address information, the courier may:
• Attempt redelivery, or
• Return the parcel to us
Additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
