Refund policy

1. Product Condition

We describe each item honestly and clearly. As end-of-line products, some rolls may include:

  • Minor weaving or dye variations
  • Discontinued colourways
  • Slight sun-fade on one edge
  • Grade B quality not suitable for showroom use
  • Natural slubs, creasing or batch differences

These variations are normal for end-of-line fabrics and are reflected in the price.

2. Linen Archive Sale Policy

All Linen Archive items are end-of-line fabrics that are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

Items are available to purchase online only. 

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Linen Archive web site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

    3. When Returns ARE Allowed

    We will only accept a return if:

    1. The wrong item was sent, or
    2. The return is within the 14 days cooling off period, or
    3. The item is unsafe or defective in a way not described.
